Dovetail's service offerings also include Lotus Domino/Notes application development, implementation and support along with AS/400 application development and systems support. Dovetail Technology, Inc. was founded by John Steele. John spent 21 years with IBM as a systems analyst and an application developer. In 1995, John started Dovetail Technology, Inc. to offer IBM AS/400 project design, development, and implementation services to area businesses. In 1996, Dovetail's service offerings expanded to include Lotus Notes & Lotus Domino application development and product support. Dovetail again added to its service offering in 1999 with the addition of Internet services including:
